Regarding Our Lashes:

What are your lashes made out of?

Our lashes are made out of faux mink hairs to ensure you get the best quality, and charge the price you want as a make-up artist.

Are your lashes cruelty free?

Yes! We mostly use Faux mink lashes, so minks were never harmed.

How Can I Reuse The Lashes?

You'd have to be cleaning them after each use. Also, keep them in a dry and a cool place.

How Long Can You Leave Them On?

Depends on the glue you're using.

Does It Come With Glue?

We're currently out of glue, when it does come back, then it'll be "On Stock". (We do update this statement by the way)

How Thick is The Band?

So, we made sure the band is not too thick, and not too thin. That way, it doesn't constantly fall off and doesn't irritate you. So, it's in the middle. 

Are All Your Pairs The Exact SAME?

Our lashes are handmade, which means, there's slight differences that aren't noticeable unless you're extra and don't mind wasting an hour to find it. ;)

Your Lashes Are Long for Me, Can I Cut Them? 

You can do what you want when you buy them. However, just note that every lash you buy whether from us or someone else, they're made long by default. That way, you cut them based on the size of your eye. 

I Love Your Lashes, But How Do I Even Put The Lashes On?

We love them too to be honest.

To put them on, you have to first put them on your eye.

Measure and see how big they are on you.

Then cut them to where they're just the right size on your eye (That's your judgement).

Then use glue on the band.

Wait 15-30 seconds until the glue is nice and dry.

Then put them on your eye by looking down (Please don't close your eyes though).

Adjust however you want at the end. 

Are Your Lashes Beach Proof?

You can go on the beach with them but don't get them too wet. 

How Long Can I Keep Them On?

Depends on your personality. There's no time limit but when it feels uncomfortable, then just take them off. Simple. 

Should I Remove Them At Night?

Unless you just wore them then keep them. Otherwise, you've looked glamorous throughout the whole day, so there's no need to look gorgeous in your sleep.

Regarding Logistics/Payment/Refunds:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it will take 7-12 business days for delivery.

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Luma Lashes cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number as well as the reason for your return; they will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
